Terms and Conditions

• The monthly installment must be paid for 12 months.
• Monthly Installment should be paid on or before the 15th of every month.
• Monthly installment is fixed. The installments cannot be carried over or paid in advance.
• Payment can be made by Cash / DD / PDC-Post dated cheques / Card payments.
• The member is entitled to redeem the gold after completion of 30 days from the last installments paid.
• The gold rate is announced by the Jewelers and Diamond Merchants Association.
• Cash will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• This scheme is unique and will not be linked to any other offers existing or future schemes.
• It is at the sole discretion of the company to alter, amend, modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions from time to time.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai.
